I have been working in the golf industry for the last 22 years. I attended Humber College PGM Program in Etobicoke, ON. Upon completion I worked at an array of different golf course and position to better understand the workings of a golf facility.

I had visions of becoming a general manager of a high-end golf facility. That all change when my path took me to the Cayman Islands. Beginning with my first junior golf lesson, a small spark ignited a significant chain of events. In a remarkably short span, I found myself coaching almost 120 junior golfers each week. The pinnacle came when I was entrusted with coaching the Cayman Island National Junior golf team—a humbling and enriching experience for both the youngsters and me. Remarkably, from that team, three out of the six juniors secured full scholarships at Division 1 schools, a testament to their dedication. Among these rising stars, two notably competed in the prestigious Masters, US Open, and the British Open.

Motivated by this success, I established an indoor golf facility in the Cayman Islands, aiming to further teach exceptional junior golfers as well as adults. Upon returning to Canada, my family and I settled in Pictou County. Now rooted here, my aspiration is to introduce and nurture the love for this remarkable sport among the juniors of Pictou.

I am eager and enthusiastic about the prospect of cultivating the next generation of talented golfers within our community.
